Slayers: Search for the underground tomb and destroy the vampires.
         
Vampires: Reach the city streets and kill all slayers.

Both the Slayers and Vampires have regenerating areas within the map.  The Slayers
have a room staked out near their spawn point while the Vampires can jump into the 
blood pools.
